🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: 3:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval.

🏡 House Rules

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. You’re welcome to smoke outdoors — just please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

🚫 No Parties or Events
Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

🐾 Pets Welcome (with Approval)
Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $75 pet fee. Please clean up after them indoors and out.

🛏 Registered Guests Only
Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.

🔇 Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours between 9 PM – 7 AM to ensure a restful stay for everyone.

📶 Security & Wi-Fi
Do not unplug, disable, or cover any exterior security cameras or Wi-Fi devices. These systems protect both guests and the property. Tampering may result in cancellation without refund and additional charges.

🗑 Before You Go

  • Take out trash and place it in outdoor bins.

  • Place used towels in the bathroom hamper.

  • Run the dishwasher if used.

  • Clean up after pets in the yard (if applicable).

  • Turn off lights and lock all doors.

  • Return keys to the lockbox.

💳 Payment & Deposit Policy

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • A refundable security deposit may be collected prior to arrival.

📅 Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

  • 50% refund if canceled up to 7 days before check-in.

  • No refund if canceled within 7 days of arrival.
    (Please note that Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct bookings may vary slightly by platform, but all follow this same 7-day firm structure in Guesty.)

🎥 Cameras & Privacy

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras monitor entry points only (front door, side door, and laundry room door). There are no interior cameras anywhere inside the home.
