When we first came across this property, it wasn’t much to look at — tired walls, dated finishes, and more projects than most people would dare to take on. But we saw potential. We rolled up our sleeves and got to work — just the two of us — spending evenings and weekends sanding, painting, replacing floors, redoing fixtures, and reimagining every detail by hand. What started as a renovation challenge slowly became a reflection of who we are: a little bit rustic, a little bit modern, and full of heart.

Amber has always had an eye for design and a heart for people. As a licensed REALTOR® and Military Relocation Professional (MRP®), she’s spent years helping families find the right home — whether buying, selling, or settling into a temporary stay. Her creativity and sense of comfort are behind every warm detail in our rental — from the cozy bedding to the calming color palette and all the personal touches that make guests feel instantly at home.

About George

George is the hands-on half of our duo. A U.S. Army officer with a background in leadership and discipline, he approaches every project with precision and purpose. From handling the renovations and logistics to making sure every system runs smoothly, he’s the reason everything behind the scenes works seamlessly. He takes pride in seeing our vision come to life — one weekend project at a time.
